Thursday Bridge

Hi all,

Welcome back to Bridge for the remainder of this year.

For the rest of December (3-18th December) we are playing at the Merbein Club.

With the loss of the U3A facilities we are facing some major restructures for the coming year.

Some possibilities are:

  Different playing days - proposed session on Tuesdays

  Formation of a bridge group to play under ABF/VBA rules

  Changes of venues

Please be aware that we need to discuss the changes as a group. To facilitate this I will follow up with a more detailed letter which will address the changes.

I note that there are some rumors circulating amongst some players about these changes. Please note that nothing definite has been suggested at this stage.  As stated above I will provide a detailed document for discussion in the near future so that we may start 2021 with a definite plan.
